BEYOND GOAL SETTING WORKSHOP – Boost your chances of achieving your goals by strengthening the process of getting there. Create a personal plan that develops strong technical skills, a positive mindset and supportive behaviors. Discover creative activities that get your brain on board by sparking greater retention and motivation.
EQUESTRIAN MENTAL FITNESS – Whether schooling or showing, what we think impacts how we ride! Understand effective strategies for developing Positive Self-talk and reducing self-doubt. Learn various Creative Imagery and Visualization techniques to help riders increase confidence and perform at their best.
PRESSURE PROOF YOUR RIDE WITH MUSIC – Mentally prepare for shows, clinics or a stressful ride using Music Motivation and techniques created by former USEF Coach, Daniel Stewart. Learn strategies for staying focused when the unexpected happens. These fun and effective skills help riders tackle show jitters and increase confidence when riding under pressure.
PRE-COMPETITION PLANS & PREPARATIONS – Learn how to overcome the “what if’s” of worry through greater awareness of your thoughts, body language, breathing and routines. Create a personal pre-ride ritual to get in the zone of concentration and ride at your best – even if you experience a mistake.
COMBINE TWO TOPICS FOR A FUN CLINIC (2 – 2.5 hours of content):
GOAL SETTING & EQUESTRIAN MENTAL FITNESS – This program partners Goal Setting with Equestrian Mental Fitness for two seminars in one day. Riders learn to think forward and plan their success. Offer lunch in between or add a demonstration that highlights your barn’s specialty!
PRE-RIDE PLANS FOR A CONFIDENT & FOCUSED RIDE – Combine music motivation and pre-ride routines for a program that enhances the competition mindset. Don’t show? No problem! These preparations benefits riders in and out of the show ring. Learn how to sharpen focus, overcome worrisome distractions, and make the most of mistakes. Maximize learning by scheduling a mid-point lunch or break.
